Simple Tips to Make Your Handmade Soap Last Longer
How to store your natural handmade soap?
In the next excerpt I'll explain how you can store your Pot Marigold soap to make it last longer. The storing sometimes can be tricky, but these tips will make it much easier and you can always recycle pieces of soap.

A soap dish with drainage holes or a bit of airflow underneath makes a big difference. It lets any water drain away, helping your soap dry properly between uses.

5. Cut Your Soap into Smaller Pieces
Instead of using the whole bar at once, cut it into halves or quarters. Keep the rest stored away and just use one piece at a time, it’ll help each bit last longer and feel fresher.

6. Avoid Leaving It in Direct Sunlight or Heat
Natural soaps don’t like heat! Keeping your soap away from direct sunlight or very warm places helps preserve its natural scent and texture.
7. Use a Different Bar for Each Sink or Shower
If you rotate between bars say one for the bath, and one for your hands each bar will have more time to dry out between uses, helping them all last longer.

All the little bits of soap you have, Pop them into a soap saver pouch, and reuse them in your shower. Or if you are a soap maker you can create a new bar with all the bits as well.
